I know there is already a upvote suggestion but I'd like to add more info.

Some form of upvoting or reaction system to be able to express your thoughts and feelings on gift ideas quickly without explicitly leaving comments.

This could be done via a press and hold on the gift list product and then a reaction bar appears above or below the gift, separate from the tool box that appears.

It would also then be a good idea to be able to filter / order by reaction score, or highest vote. Don't think there is a good reason to sort by lowest scores.
